Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within three (3) days of receiving your animated video, no questions asked.

How to Request

1. Email support@oldphotoanimate.com with your order number.
2. Our support team will review and confirm within 24 hours.
3. The payment will be reversed through Stripe to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 3-5 business days.

Late Refunds

If more than three days have passed, you may still contact us if the file is corrupted or you encounter a technical problem—we will do our best to help.
