We collect only the data you provide when placing an order – your email address, the filenames of the photos you upload, and basic payment information returned by Stripe.
• To create and deliver your animated video;
• To process payments and provide customer support;
• We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Original photos are stored on Google Cloud Storage with TLS in transit and server-side encryption at rest. Order meta-data is stored in Google Cloud Datastore.
Your original photos and the rendered video are kept for 30 days for support and re-download. After that they are automatically deleted.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@oldphotoanimate.com.
